Land Clearing &
Lot Prep — We
Clear It.
Brush, overgrowth, small trees, and fence lines — knocked down, mulched, and hauled with our skid-steer and excavator. Acreage, new builds, and barndominium pads made build-ready.
Overgrown to build-ready.
From a brushy backyard to raw acreage — we cut it, mulch it, and clear it off the lot.
Walk it. Clear it. Build on it.
Free on-site estimate
We walk the property with you, scope the clearing, and give a firm price — no guessing off a photo.
We bring the iron
Skid-steer, mulcher, and excavator do the heavy work — brush mulched in place, trees and stumps handled.
Cleared & hauled off
We haul the debris, rake it down, and leave the lot clean and ready for your build or next step.
Forestry Mulching
One machine grinds brush, saplings, and undergrowth into mulch that stays on the ground — no burn piles, no hauling, less erosion, and a finished look in a single pass. Ideal for trails, fence lines, and selective lot clearing where you want to keep the big trees.

From backyards to barndominium pads.
Lot & Acreage Clearing
Raw land, homesites, and barndominium pads cleared and graded rough — the first step on every new build.
Brush & Overgrowth
Reclaim an overgrown yard, back lot, or property line. Palmetto, scrub, and vines knocked down and cleaned up.
Fence Lines & Trails
Clear fence rows, driveways, and trails through the property — forestry-mulched so it stays clean and usable.
Storm & Tree Cleanup
Downed trees, broken limbs, and debris fields after a storm — cut, loaded, and hauled with the right equipment.
Land clearing questions, answered.
Do I need a permit to clear my land?
It depends on the size of the job and what's on the property. Marion County protects certain trees and vegetation, so larger or heavily-treed lots can need a county permit. We'll flag it up front and help you stay on the right side of the rules before we start.
What's the difference between forestry mulching and traditional clearing?
Mulching grinds the brush and undergrowth into mulch that stays right on the ground — no burn piles, no hauling, clean finish in one pass. Traditional clearing pulls everything out and hauls it off. Mulching's great when you want to keep your big trees; full clearing's better for a building pad. We'll help you pick the right one.
How big of trees can you handle?
Our skid-steer and excavator handle brush, saplings, and small-to-mid-size trees with no trouble. Got large, mature trees that need to come down? Let us know and we'll talk through the best approach.
Do you just clear, or grade too?
We clear the lot and can rough-grade it to get it build-ready. If you need finish grading or fill work, tell us about your project and we'll let you know exactly what we can do.
What affects the cost of clearing?
Mostly the size of the area, how thick the brush and trees are, and how easy it is to get equipment onto the property. Every lot's different, so we come walk it with you and give you a firm price — no guessing off a photo.
Do you haul the debris away?
Yes. We don't leave you with a mess. We clear it, haul off what needs hauling, and leave the lot clean and ready for your next step.
